COVID-19

We are committed to delivering a COVID-safe event for attendees, presenters and exhibitors. We acknowledge the importance of effectively managing risks of COVID transmission at the conference and recognize that some attendees at the event may be considered particularly vulnerable to COVID.

The Congress will provide a traffic light colored sticker system corresponding to your individual comfort level. Select your preferred color sticker at the registration desk and add it to your name badge.

• Green: Hi-Fives, hugs & handshakes                    
• Yellow: Elbows Only
• Red: Please give me space

While masks are no longer mandatory in Vancouver, you are more than welcome to continue to wear one while attending.

If you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, we kindly ask that you prioritize the health and safety of your fellow attendees and not attend the congress.
