EXHIBITION HALL
Educational and informational exhibits will be available in the Exhibition Hall, located in East Hall A during the Congress. Exhibiting company representatives will be available to answer your questions about their programs, products and services. Please visit the exhibits and thank the representatives for their support.
This Exhibition Hall space is where the Congress catering will be served, and the space also includes;
- A bookstore
- Networking lounge
- Interactive ‘Graticube’ installation
- Poster presentations
Exhibition Hall hours are as follows:
- Thursday, July 20 19:00 – 20:30
- Friday, July 21 10:00 – 17:00
- Saturday, July 22 10:30 – 17:30
- Sunday, July 23 10:30 – 11:30
CATERING
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided for attendees during the Congress main program, and will be served within the Exhibition Hall.
All dietary requests entered during registration have been passed onto the Venue and will be catered for accordingly. If you are vegetarian, gluten-free or dairy-free, there will be dishes that cater to those needs within the main food stations.
If you have a very specific allergy or dietary restriction, please make yourself known to VCC staff within the Exhibition Hall and they will assist.
GRATICUBE
Within the Exhibition Hall, you will find our Congress ‘Graticube’. The four walled installation is available for you to:
- Leave a note of gratitude
- Share a positive interaction or experience you had while at the Congress
- Highlight a strength of another attendee who you interacted with during the Congress
- Share what went well, or what could be improved to build a better Congress in 2025
POSTER SESSIONS
There will be two poster sessions during the Congress. Posters, located in the Exhibition Hall, are able to be displayed for the full duration of the Congress, however presenting authors will only be in attendance during the following times:
- Poster Session 1: Friday, July 21, 16:15 – 17:00
- Poster Session 2: Saturday, July 22, 16:45 – 17:30
All posters can be put up on the panels provided from 9am on Thursday 20 July 2023, and will need to be taken down by the end of the lunch break on Sunday 23 July 2023. Any posters not removed by the end of the lunch break on Sunday 23 July will be disposed of.

BOOKSTORE
The International Positive Psychology Association is pleased to highlight Odin Books will be operating a bookstore within the Exhibition Hall for the duration of the Congress, with many books from published presenters available to purchase.
