Dr Cedomir Ignjatovic, or simply Dr Ced, is an independent vital engagement scientist-practitioner and registered Clinical Psychology working in a private practice setting in the nature filled suburbs of the Sutherland Shire, Sydney, Australia (info@embracepsychology.com). He is the lead investigator on the Flow 2.0 project, a collaboration with University of Melbourne’s Centre for Wellbeing Science and Embrace the Moment Psychology and Wellbeing Coaching (EMPWR) – aiming to further knowledge and practice on optimal behaviour implementation and sustainable flow experiences, or Values Flow, within psychotherapy, coaching, and mentoring. His passion is developing the process and mechanisms of optimal experiences and vital engagement, or the ‘Values-Flow Cards’ - a behavioural technology designed to assist working adults to progress from theoretical models of human happiness to sustainable and enjoyed absorption experiences and behaviours of daily flourishing. His work in private practice is focussed on applying and documenting individual cases-studies on Values-Flow skills implementation in the context of psychotherapy, coaching, and (executive) mentoring.
