 ・The happiness of Japanese children is very low.

・Increasing numbers of teachers leaving their jobs and going on sick leave.

 ・Create a wonderful and happy school that children want to go to every day.

・Create a school where teachers feel motivated to work, can work lively and happily, can work with a sense of mission and self-worth.

・Raise children who see happy teachers and learn how to be happy.

Create a well-being school, spread its achievements throughout Japan, and make Japanese public schools well-being.

・Incorporating the idea of well-being into the school management policy, sharing a common understanding among all teachers(central theory Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar's SPIRE, Professor Maeno's Factors positive psychology psychological safety)and carry out various specific initiatives

・By compiling the practice and results in a book and publishing it, I will spread the splendor of school building that incorporates the theory of well-being throughout Japan.

・Publishing a picture book and spreading well-being theory to children.

・Actively hold online lectures to expand the circle of like-minded people. ( butterfly effect)

 

・98% "I enjoy coming to school"(Children survey)

・100%  "Our school is a well-being school"

・100%  "Children's well-being is improving."

・100%  "I use my strengths in my work"  ond so on.

・Published "Creating a well-being school". decided reprint . It is now spreading all over Japan.

・Decided to publish a picture book. For elementary school students "The magic of well-being"

・The number of requests for lectures and interview from newspaper companies has increased.

 ・Children's academic performance improved (85%) Teachers' health improved (62%).

・A well-being school is one where both children and teachers are happy and where they can reach their full potential.

・Through the evidence and publication of well-being school building, I have realized the necessity and effect of well-being in the Japanese educational world.
