Paula Toledo is a speaker, writer, and organizational well-being consultant aiming to influence positive work design, workplace relations, and promote entrepreneurial flourishing (EntreThrive). Paula curates wonder into net-"playing" team environments to establish psychological healthy and safe workplaces so that compassion, creativity, and innovation can flourish.
With a background in strategic brand marketing, communications, and product innovation for Fortune 500 companies and tourism and lifestyle brands, Paula uses her business experience and arts background as a singer-songwriter to integrate the arts as a way to promote social bonding and connection.
Paula is a proponent of the social prescribing movement that is emerging globally, whereby primary healthcare providers are combating loneliness by referring non-clinical patients to community organizations (arts, nature, and hobby) social groups to nurture social connections.
