Jaclyn Gaffaney researches and evaluates scaled wellbeing initiatives and social programs to optimize their development and implementation. She uses mixed methods research and evaluation designs, including both quantitative and qualitative approaches. She has worked with educational institutions, organizations, social programs, and communities. Right now, she is working on measuring the effects of an employee well-being initiative at a school district, researching the process of psychological safety, completing her dissertation on how to design effective systems-level wellbeing initiatives, and is an adjunct professor teaching both positive psychology and mixed methods. Jaclyn is a PhD candidate with a co-concentration in positive organizational psychology and research methods & evaluation at Claremont Graduate University. She holds a Master's in applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor’s from the University of Southern California.
