Justina Or, PhD, is an educator and human services professional. She earned her doctorate in psychology from Grand Canyon University. She also holds a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Edinburgh and a master’s degree in administration from Central Michigan University. Dr. Or is now a professor at Kettering College. She teaches psychology, leadership, and philosophy. Prior to her teaching role, she was an educator for youth from disadvantaged backgrounds and a program manager for public developmental disabilities programs designed to promote inclusion. Dr. Or’s research interests include positive psychology, ethics, and higher education instructional practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
