Background

The intervention is a new approach to introducing cooking and sampling of food, metaphorically facilitating coaching. 

Research on food related to our mind and body. Cooked with positive psychology provides a metaphor for changing the perspective on the client's situation to relate the food and their health intervention. Positive psychology coaching is evidence-informed and the core fundamental of well-being at the core for the client.

Aims

It adds another option for the client to explore while facilitating coaching or Team coaching. Our daily routine is the master of our body, mind, and behavior. The quality of our energy shapes our life. The food we eat affects our energy which in turn affects our emotions. The client will imagine how the food is being cooked or prepared through positive psychology coaching in facilitating the way cooking class is conducted and related to our one preference will make much difference to just by cooking the dishes.

Method

The client will be invited to a variety of food and vegetables related to their situation with Positive eating and cooking with positive psychology coaching.

The choice of ingredients, the taste of the food, and the type of food chosen bring our imagination in co-creating the dishes of our preference. It arose positive emotions, a connection to the food, and leads to positive health.

Results

Delicious dishes come from not just the way the chef cooks but the heart, emotions, and time and effort it has into one dish.
This intervention is a new approach to extend the client's situation related back to their health. When tasting the food, what ingredients will they want to add to highlight the food to make it enjoyable affect the client emotion in preparing the food. 

Conclusion

The implementation provides an alternative to sustaining the way our health and moving positive thinking concerning health.
