Alex is the Chief Leadership Officer at RFQ. He is an international figure in coaching, leadership practices, mental health and positive psychology. Alex has been a mental health clinician for in excess of forty years, initially in the UK and latterly in Australia. He has delivered and managed services in both clinical and non-clinical settings. Alex completed the Australian Mental Health Leadership Program through Melbourne University. He studied coaching through the University of Wollongong’s Masters of Business Coaching program and went on to become the first practicing coach in the world to complete Ecole Centrale’s (Paris) positive psychology coaching course.
