Shannah Dutrisac (she/her) is a Doctoral Candidate in Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan, as well as a sessional instructor in the Department of Psychology at Red Deer Polytechnic in Alberta, Canada. Her research interests include self-compassion and mindfulness-based interventions, community wellbeing, and qualitative methodologies.
