I’m a psychologist and psychotherapist in training, graduated at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, Milan, Italy. I am currently collaborating at the University of Milan (Milan) for research activities in the field of Positive Psychology through a scholarship under the scientific direction of Professor Delle Fave. The research areas of interest include the study of psychological processes and intrapersonal factors correlated to clinical and well-being dimensions, individuals’ experience in daily contexts, positive and negative indicators of mental health and flow, both in the general population and in persons with anxiety and depression disorders. I also contributed to scientific publications in international journals.
