Jan Stanley contributes to societal well-being as a consultant, instructor, and facilitator who works closely with organizations to translate purpose and values into flourishing organizational cultures. She has helped to develop leaders from the Fortune 500 to Silicon Valley, the US Army, NASA, the World Bank, the State Department, and many institutes of higher education.
Jan is a member of the Penn Resilience Team, a consulting arm of the University of Pennsylvania, focused on increasing mental agility, collaboration, and resilience, where she teaches faculty and staff from other universities to cultivate resilient institutions. She is also a faculty member in the Master of Applied Positive Psychology program at UPenn, guiding graduate students in understanding and applying wellbeing research. Jan is originally from Madison, Wisconsin, has lived and worked in New York, and currently resides in Denver, Colorado.
