Maria Volkova Feddeck's international life has influenced her worldview, research interests and endeavors and passion for positive psychology greatly as she speaks 5 languages fluently. While she holds professional degrees in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Organizational Behavior; Maria is also an avid music lover and creative soul. Maria is currently a Professional Leadership Coach (BCC;ICF), Adjunct Professor and PhD candidate at Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management. Additionally, she is a Student Research Fellow at the Case Western Reserve Coaching Research Lab and is working on her dissertation (advised by Prof. Dr. Richard Boyatzis) on Peer Coaching Groups in Medicine and Medical Education.
