I am an assistant professor at Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan, serving from 18 years. I teach and supervise BS Psychology, MPhil and PhD students. My PhD is in the field of Positive Psychology with main area of character strengths. I have previously presented my work at IPPA world congress in 2017 and European positive psychology conference in 2018.
