Belinda Merkle is a PhD student, working as a Research Assistant and Lecturer at the Chair of Educational Psychology. In her academic work she mainly focuses on positive interventions (e.g. Active-Constructive Responding) as well as on subjective well-being in the educational context, for example the assessment of student-study subject fit and its impact on study satisfaction. Fundings by the Rationale Altruisten Mannheim e.v., Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes, the Center for Doctoral Studies in Social and Behavioral Sciences, the International Positive Psychology Association and latest the German Academic Exchange Service have allowed her to contribute to Positive Psychology Research by presenting her work on national and international conferences.
