Kristýna is a Ph.D. student in Work and Organizational Psychology study programme at the Charles University in Prague, the Czech Republic. She is a psychologist working as a consultant in the organizational and corporate area and holding the ICF coaching certificate. Her research interest lies in the salutogenic field that she places into the work environment, specifically mental health of employees. She is a member of an international research team cooperating with the Centre of Salutogenesis, University in Zurich, and with STARS (Society for Theory and Research in Salutogenesis). Apart from the research interest she focuses on the well-being of employees, psychological safety at workplace and stress management.
