Dr. Imelda Santos Caleon is Assistant Dean on Partnerships and a Senior Research Scientist and Co-Programme Director of the Lifelong Learning, Cognition and Well-being Research Programme at the Office of Education Research, National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. Her research interests are in the areas of positive education and science education. She has done multiple studies focusing on resilience, gratitude and wellbeing of students. She has been working closely with several schools in Singapore as a research collaborator or consultant, to develop and implement positive psychology intervention activities tailored for diverse groups of learners. She has published research papers in peer-reviewed international journals such as Educational Psychology, Child Indicators, Journal of Early Adolescence, Journal of Research in Science Teaching, International Journal of Science Education, and Research in Science Education.
