Cornelia Lucey CPsychol, FRSA, is a highly experienced Senior European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) practitioner and Chartered British Psychological Society (CPsychol) leadership psychologist with over 15 years of experience coaching and developing senior executives and their teams across a range of commercial, corporate, charity, and public-sector organisations. She is an award-winning leadership development consultant, delivering transformational and bespoke positive psychology leadership development programmes for large-scale multinationals, charities, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and start-ups. Her research specialisms are in wellbeing, resilience, and positive leadership, and she has published in all of these fields. As a former senior executive and current business owner herself, Cornelia has first-hand experience of the challenges leaders at the senior level face. She supports organisations cross-sector such as Rothschild & Co.; BNP Paribas; Google; Siemens Gamesa (Renewable Energy); British Film Institute; Schneider Electric; Insead; and Teach First, as well as local government, education, and not-for-profit charitable organisations. She is an ambassador for the education charity Teach First and an invited fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), a London-based organisation committed to finding practical solutions to social challenges.
