Sarah Lewis is a chartered organizational psychologist and a dialogic organizational development practitioner. Working with both commercial and non-profit organizations throughout Europe and further afield, she designs and delivers organisational, team and personal level interventions to achieve effective, sustainable, and positive change, all grounded in positive psychology and strengths-based methodologies.
She is also a postgraduate lecturer, teaching the positive organisational development and appreciative inquiry module on the MAPP programme at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. She is a sought-after keynote speaker and conference presenter on how to apply positive psychology and appreciative inquiry in the workplace.
She is an established author in the field with publications including Positive Psychology at Work, Positive Psychology and Change, Positive Psychology in Business and Appreciative Inquiry for Change Management. These are all available at the conference official bookstand.
Sarah runs her own consulting business Appreciating Change, and hosts The Positive Psychology Shop, a source of development resources, which has a stand in the exhibition centre.
