Tamar Icekson, PhD is a researcher, facilitator and senior lecturer at the M.A. Program in Organizational Development & Consulting, Peres Academic Center and a teaching fellow in the Management and in the Education departments in Ben-Gurion University, Israel. Her research focuses on optimism, meaning, occupational resilience and well-being at work and she has published scholarly journal articles on these topics. Tamar is also an organizational consultant, specializing in positive organizational interventions and group facilitation.
