- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
I am currently working as an assistant professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. My expertise is positive psychology and its application to work. I have been teaching undergraduate, MBA, EPGP, FPM, and EFPM students, while also conducting research on positive psychology, nature connectedness, and yoga based interventions. I have done my research work in India, the USA, and the Middle East.
I have also led training on mindfulness, breath work, meditation, and yoga over the last 14 years being a volunteer teacher with The Art of Living Foundation. Girl child education is a cause very close to my heart. Therefore along with my father, I led the start-up of a free school for tribal girls in Rajasthan. This extensive volunteering experience provides both depth and meaning to my life.
Besides, my great relationship with the logical left brain, I share a similar love for right-brained activities. I enjoy traveling, spending time with nature, and crafting a beautiful life.
