Rosie has a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from UPenn, a Master’s in Education and Counselling, a graduate certificate in Career Development and is studying for a PhD in Resilience and Thriving at Work. She is also a governor at her local primary school.
Rosie has over 30 years of experience in people development, business, and IT thanks to her background in coaching and management consulting. She has worked for one of the pre-eminent management consulting organisations as well as one of the world’s largest computer companies, taught in three universities across three continents and run her own business. Her skills and experience include leading and managing teams, project management, business acumen, strategic business development, building high quality connections and effective communication with others.
