Devin Noel-Harrison is a passionate researcher committed to improving the health, well-being, learning, and development of people across different ages and populations. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seattle Pacific University (SPU) with a BA in Clinical-Counseling Psychology and an MS in Research Psychology. His passion for research began while designing a research project studying the impacts of prolonged social media use on the self-esteem of middle school students. While attending SPU he joined the Child and Adolescent Lab and worked on research studying topics related to trauma, emotion regulation, development, anti-racist parenting, and decolonization. He currently works as a Research Analyst for the Center for the Improvement of Student Learning (CISL) at the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI). In this role, he contributes to research and policy solutions focused on closing the opportunity gap for structurally disadvantaged students across Washington state.
