The LOV Center (Leader and Organization Vitality Center) bridges the gap between academic research and the business world by leveraging the expertise of top researchers and scientists to educate organizations and create custom vitality leadership programs for leaders, teams and organizations by collecting, analyzing, measuring, and evaluating performance data. Our goal is to make thought leadership and cutting-edge research easily accessible to organizations and provide more opportunities for applied research. We hope to continue to help elevate organizations through bringing the academic rigor of research and evaluation into more organizations across the globe. The LOV Center provides organizations the ability to do internal research with academic standards and the opportunity to help drive research agendas for the future of work.
